“The Psychological Experience of Illness as Expressed Through Art,” was created for my first-year seminar final: Global Health Humanities: An Intro.

A visual exhibit that captures the psychological experience of chronic illness via art, the project attempts to translate the messages of artists to the health humanities. Analyzing pieces from Myron Dyal, Frida Khalo, Paulina Siniatkina, and Louis Wain, the project spans a wide spectrum of artistic disciplines, styles, and mediums.

Speaking to the internal messages of the art pieces, the Padlet was crafted to foster engagement between an audience and the art presented.

This projected is associated with the course: GHHG-101-01 Global Health Humanities Intro (Global Health Humanities Gateway Program)
